We appreciate your willingness to be part of the Workplace Wellness Training program. Your participation will allow us to explore the ways in which we can sustainably scale, support, and implement activities and services that will benefit the overall workforce wellness in the Inland Empire. This program is a response to mounting post-covid mental health need and is meant to be a co-created collective response to improving wellness in the workplace.
University of Redlands - Launching Wellness
The Launching Wellness Workplace Wellbeing Pilot provides an applied learning opportunity for students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program to engage in community-based wellness design and facilitation. Students will create, implement, and evaluate a 6-week “Launching Wellness” series in partnership with the University of Redlands Staff Association (URSA).
Crafton Hills Community College Pilot
The Workplace Wellness Pilot ran from January 9 – May 10, 2024 and consisted of 25 self-selected employees. The program provided approximately 6 hours per week of on-site provider services with 1.5 to 2 hours of psychoeducational workshops and weekly 20-, 30-, and 45-minute individual, dyadic, and triadic sessions.
